Anne and Jo's Bike ride in Vietnam and Cambodia

6 top layers, 2 bottom layers, 3 pairs of gloves, 3 pairs of socks............and unbelievably a sunburnt face at the end. Very glad that this was the last long ride in the freezing cold.....

We are cycling 250 miles in Vietnam & Cambodia for HENRY, a charity that works with families in deprived communities to support a healthy start in life. The early years are a vital developmental window and HENRY’s support enables children to flourish and grow up healthy and happy.
